Government systems and institutions that work in service of The People must ensure:
Socialization and education of children in early and middle developmental stages of childhood as defined in Jean Piaget's Cognitive Development Theory.
Availability of resources to meet Physiological and Safety needs as defined in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
Maximization of access to resources to meet Love & Belonging, Self-Esteem, and Self-Actualization needs as defined at an objective level by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, then at a subjective level by community members and individuals within our nation's borders.
Rehabilitation to mitigate the self-destructive behavioral patterns purposefully taught and incentivized by historical government powers for the specific purpose of ease of exploitation for financial gain. Namely,
Addition to sugar and other carcinogens
Addition to violence and/or corruption of innocence
Addiction to drugs, particularly opioids
Conduct of research to maximize happiness of citizens and system adjustments in accordance with proven patterns.
Education, implementation, and incentivization of practices to reverse the rise of ocean temperatures.
Research and creation of infrastructure to preserve life in mass in the event of natural disasters.
SMART Goals are defined as Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals. SMART Goals to implement at the Town Hall Level are available to view. Throughout Spring 2025, School Level SMART goals will be published on a rolling basis. Community members and school leaders are encouraged to consider these goals as an opening for further discussion in the direction of tax dollars to provide ideal environments for children and citizens. Take your community's resources, economic and social strengths, and crime rates over the last 25-50 years into consideration.
